This is the full guide to promotions. If you attend a roleplay and do not get promoted, ask the host why. Sometimes you will not get promoted.

(LR) Recruit: Join the group.
(LR) Cadet: Post on the wall.
(LR) Petty Officer 2nd Class: Attend a RP where the host promotes you.
(LR) Petty Officer 1st Class: Attend a RP where the host promotes you.

(MR) Ensign: Attend a RP where the host promotes you.

(HR) Lower Admiral: Pass the admirals test.
(HR) Upper Admiral: Attend a RP where the host promotes you, or host 3 RPs.
(HR) Vice Admiral: Attend a RP where the host promotes you, or host 3 RPs.

There are four ranks not normally earn able in Starfleet'. They are listed below.

(SUS) Suspended: Break a rule and be suspended from duty.
(REP) Representative: Be an ambassador from a allied group.
(RET) Retired: Quit your job as an HR, but stay in the group.
(3iC) Starfleet Council: Be appointed by the group to make executive decisions.
(2iC) Fleet Admiral: Be an extremely active/trustworthy member, appointed by cvscvs2.

CHAPTER 2

The admirals test is a test than can be given by any HR. Every person does it differently, but usually it is a series of questions that you must answer. The grade that you need to pass the test is decided by the HR which is giving you the test. If you want to take the test, PMing cvscvs2 or gamegecko42 is the quickest and easiest way. You have to be a Captain to take the test.

CHAPTER 3

In order to be a Captain, you need to build your own ship, or take a free model. It can be a completed starship, or just a bridge.

CHAPTER 4

There are 4 tiers of punishment in this group.

T1 ( Tier 1 ) is an exile or 5 - 8 demotions
T2 ( Tier 2 ) is 2 - 6 demotions or one month suspension.
T3 ( Tier 3 ) is 1 demotion or a week of suspension.
T4 ( Tier 4 ) is just one day of suspension.

To decide what tier you get, there will be a trial. The judge will be gamegecko42, and depending on the case, the jury will be gamegecko42 or the starfleet council.

CHAPTER 5

Rule 1: No rebellious or disrespectful words or acts will be tolerated.
Rule 2: Obey all orders that your superiors give, unless you find the order destructive or harmful. If you find an order that you do not agree with, report it to the Head Admiral; unless the order was given by the head admiral, in which case you report it to the 2iC or 3iC.
Rule 3: Wear the uniform at all trainings.
Rule 4: Ask your superiors who to address them as, and call them that only.
Rule 5: No foul language will be tolerated.

CHAPTER 6

Roleplays are the trainings of Starfleet'. They are most of the time like acting out a made up episode of Star Trek. You can get a promotion from attending one, depending on how well the host thinks you did (the host is the person who calls on a RP). The lowest rank that can HOST a RP is (MR) Commander.
